NYCC 2019 Booth Design
Activity pages designed for the kid’s imprint BIG. In the graphic novel Young Leonardo, the main objective of the design was to create fun pages of historical facts and games to interact with kids after finishing the story. The challenge of the design was to create pages that matched thematically with the book, but remained kid friendly. Ultimately, using a journal concept, as Leonardo Da Vinci kept many, I was able to invite the reader into Leonardo’s world, while promoting learning in the process.
Event Banner Design
Banner design focused on advertising future books or author signings at comic cons/library conventions. Each banner design is focused around a popular novel with consideration to imprint aesthetics.
Merchandise Design
Tote bags and bookmarks focused on particular imprints or recent graphic novel releases. The goal of these projects was to create free advertising handouts during Library and Comic conventions.
